Grecotel Hotels and Resorts new loyalty club features a series of unique experiences, available to club members only. To promote this all new Privilege Club, redesigned loyalty programme, we focused on the experiences the new club is offering, inviting users to create their own dream experience and enter the grand draw to win it.
To raise awareness about the new club, while boosting club registration and old members’ mobilization to update their info, we created a digital awareness campaign that features a series of multimedia multiple choice questions that compose the player’s ideal Grecotel experience.
